Shadow Pony

It bothered us a little that there are two songs in a row with the
word "Shadow" in the title, but it was so hard to find an order for
the songs that made sense musically, and this was it.  I'm a violinist
who never practices and certainly not much of a fiddle player, so it
took me a couple of weeks to get the fiddle part down.  Once it was
there, it was there, though, and I got it in one take.  April likes to
call this song "Rud, Pody, Rud" since that's the way the hook sounded
when she sang rough backups with a code id her doze.
